The backend has been paused to save AWS costs while no one is testing. Hit the button — RDS resumes and the cluster scales back up. Auto-sleeps after 1 hour of inactivity.
No CLI needed. The wake control runs on the host outside the cluster, so it's available even while everything else is off.
